Shipping & Orders

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, your order may take 12-20 days to arrive: We know a quick delivery is important to you and we are working hard to achieve that. But please be patient, we source products from all over the world to bring you epic offers and unique products - all at low prices. This means sometimes you have to wait a little longer to get your order but it's always worth it! all orders are normally shipped out within 72 hours and will take approximately 2-4 weeks to arrive from shipment. We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Note:Make sure to check your junk folder for your order confirmation and tracking updates from hey@heylittlescout.com. If you find that our emails are being directed to the junk mailbox, right click on the email and mark as, "Not Junk". You should receive all emails from us after this. If you haven't received your tracking number withing 72 hours of placing the order, please email us and we'll provide you with one.

Where is my Tracking Number?

We will provide you with a tracking number for every item by email as soon as your order has left the warehouse. You may also track your order by going to your "My Account" page, click the order number button under "Order", then click on the tracking number under the item you want to track. The number will look like this: #LT55555555C55555

Note: Make sure to check your junk folder for your order confirmation from hey@heylittlescout.com. If you find that our emails are being directed to the junk mailbox, right click on the email and mark as, "Not Junk". You should receive all emails from us after this. If you haven't received your tracking number within 72 hours of placing the order, please email or message us on Facebook or email and we'll provide you with one.

*Recommendation: We highly recommend selecting the "Receive SMS order notifications" option at check out. You'll receive texts as your order is being fulfilled and shipped.

Why did I receive multiple tracking numbers?

If you purchased multiple items in one order, we'll send you a tracking number for each item as it is shipped.

Why did I only received one item out of my order?

We ship items from many different suppliers from all over the world as soon as possible; because of this, you will likely receive some of your items before others.

What is your refund policy?

Where can I input my discount code?

You can apply your discount code at checkout after completing the Customer Information page. Note: Our store will only allow one discount code per order.

Your account

How do I submit a review?

Find the product your purchased on our store, above the footer of that product's page you'll see "Write a Review", click that link and post your review. BTW: We love reviews, good or bad. Seriously, we want to know if you're happy or unhappy with a product, it helps us determine what to keep.

Where is my Wish List?

There is a link on the top right corner of our website and in the footer. Make sure and create an account so it saves all the products you've liked.

Where can I find my past orders?

First log in to your account by clicking on the "Login" button on the top right corner of our website. You will be redirected to your "My Account" page and on the left side, you'll see your Order History column. If you're already logged in, Click on the "My Account" button on the top right corner of our website to view your order history.

I created an account but I can't log in.

All new accounts need to be verified to the email you registered with. Go ahead and find the verification email in your inbox. If you don't see it within 5 minutes of creating your account, make sure to check your junk folder for the email verification from hey@heylittlescout.com. If you find that our emails are being directed to the junk mailbox, right click on the email and mark as, "Not Junk". You should receive all emails from us from now on.

Communication

Why haven't I received a reply to my email?

We answer all inquiries within 24 business hours. If you don't hear from us by then, we more than likely didn't receive your email. Make sure you're emailing the right email address, which is: hey@heylittlescout.com *Recommendation: You can message us on Facebook directly through our Facebook page. Honestly, it's probably the fastest and best way to reach us. You can either click the message icon in the bottom right corner of our website or directly on Facebook. It will prevent the frustrations of miscommunication from spam and junk filters.

I've logged into my account and it doesn't show my order history.

Make sure you're logged into the right account. This typically happens when a customer created more than one account and logged into the account that they didn't place the order under. If this isn't the case, email us at hey@heylittlescout.com , please include your full name and order number.
